This is a very brief overview of the work contained within each session.
During each session we will set some further work for you to complete ready for the next session. We do this as it allows you to work on yourself between sessions in your own time in a relaxed and informal environment
– which is empowering.
Also there will never be enough time to cover this work during the session and I want you to receive absolute maximum benefits when you sign up for
this course with me.

Sessions will last approximately one hour

Session Fee includes telephone support (time limits within reason)
between sessions if required.
